In our company, Training in Skills & Attitudes is recognized as an important strategic tool. We pay more than mere lip service to the concept that people are our most important resource.

The main thrust of our Training is in the area of skill development. There is always a gap between current & desired performance. One of the more important ways in which the gap can be narrowed is by improving skill levels.

The Training Plans are based on the identification of Training Needs. This analysis is geared towards the achievement of our corporate goals.

Training methods vary depending on outcomes & can take the form of programs, seminars, mentoring & on the job systems.

The company uses highly competent resource persons from both within & outside the company to ensure high standards are maintained.

Post evaluation activities identify whether training objectives are achieved.
 
Management System

The Management Systems of the company have been the core of its success. The various elements of the Management Systems Process are all given importance. These include main areas such as Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation, Operational Measurement, Reward Systems and Performance Monitoring /Review. Strong emphasis is placed in the area of Performance Monitoring/Review, for we realize that it is in the area of execution that most companies flounder. Performance Monitoring /Review is of particular importance in companies in the Civil Engineering field where many of the operational activities are decentralized & take place at the sites.

Client Satisfaction Metrics are an integral part of the Management System. An ongoing system of Client communication ensures that all complaints and any deviations from agreed plans are remedied promptly. We pride ourselves on the close rapport our directors & employees maintain with our clients.

Compliance audits are performed by Bureau Verities to ensure conformity with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 standard under which the company has obtained certification. In addition, a team of qualified Internal Auditors conducts systems audits on based on a pre-determined audit plan.

All of the activities of the company are designed to maintain the integrity of its Management System.
