The company formerly known as Carson's Construction Limited, started as a joint venture in November, 1980 between Carson Cumberbatch & Co. Ltd., And the Edwards Brothers Group of New Zealand.

Following a management buyout of shares owned by Carson Cumberbatch & Co. Ltd., The Company changed its name to "CML EDWARDS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED" the name of our New Zealand Partner. In April 1993
